The university setting in Houston is as diverse as the city itself. We are home to both major universities, community colleges and graduate programs.
- With over 34,000 students, University of Houston is the third largest school in the state. It is also the most ethnically diverse major research university in the nation. Over 2400 internationals from 115 countries study at U of H.
- The best young minds from across the United States and around the world make their way to Houston to study at Rice University. There is no doubt that these students will be top leaders in our world, the only question is, will they know the God who created the world in the first place?
- With 38,000 students, the Houston Comunity College system is the largest community college in the state. There are over 2900 internationals in the HCC system, which is more than in any other community college system in the state.
- In addition, the North Harris County Community College system has over 26,000 students, making it the 3rd or 4th largest in the largest in the state. The combined total of these two community college systems is over 60,000 students!
- We currently have three volunteers ministering in these two systems, all in the NHCC system. Currently there is NO work being done on ANY HCC campus.
